Shaheed Udham Singh Sabha of New York Inc. (hereinafter the Sabha) is an incorporated society registered in New York state of United States of America. It is a nonprofit society with tax-exempt status. Any person or an organization who believes in and is proud of the principles and sacrifices of Udho, alias Udhe, alias Udhay, alias Udham Singh, alias Udham Singh Kamboj, alias Frank Brazil, alias Ram Mohammad Singh Azad alias Mohammad Singh Azad, who took revenge of Jallianwala Bagh, Amritsar massacre of year 1919, can apply to become a regular member of this Sabha or society, irrespective consideration of caste, color, creed, gender, place of origin or any religious affiliation. 

Shaheed Udham Singh Sabha of New York came into being with a table talk meeting between Swinder Singh Josan, Mukhtar Singh Kamboj, Dr. Daljit Singh, Navjot Singh and Jaswant Singh 'Jassa' in June 2005. Soon it gained momentum in strength. At present the Sabha has a membership of 131 members, mostly residing in New York tri-state area and the number is still growing as more people come in contact with its members and on the commemorative days of the Shaheed Udham Singh, the number almost doubles.

The Sabha, so far, has no place to claim its own. It organizes meetings and functions in Gurdwaras and other public places. The Sabha is grateful to the managing committees of Sikh Cultural Society, Richmond Hill, Singh Sabha of New York, Flushing where the meetings and conferences have been held frequently and unhesitatingly.
